How to use NextGenIT Digital Factory
Prepare a clear description of your current work, choose the capabilities you need and create a non-binding digitalization blueprint for human review.
Before you begin
Gather sample blank forms, workflow notes, report names and a list of the people who create, approve or use the information.

Identify controls and expected results
List roles, approvals, reports and integrations.
Choose Phase 2 planning modules
Select the reusable capabilities that fit your needs.
Attach safe reference files or a folder
You may choose files or a folder. Every file must pass malware scanning.
Files are sent to Cloudmersive for scanning. Extract unsupported or encrypted archives first; ZIP/Office containers have expansion limits. A clean verdict reduces risk but is not a guarantee.
- Maximum 12 files and 2 MB per file.
- Never upload sensitive secrets or records.
