Phase 2 configuration options

Choose the reusable capabilities to include in the blueprint. These options configure the planning draft; they do not automatically create or deploy a production application.

Existing forms and files

Optional: attach existing forms or select a folder. Every file is quarantined and must pass server-side malware and virus scanning before it is stored or made available to an administrator.

Maximum 12 files, 2 MB per file. Files of any type may be selected, but storage is blocked unless the configured malware scanner returns a clean verdict. Do not upload passwords, encryption keys, payment-card data, medical records or identity documents.

Files are sent to Cloudmersive for scanning. Extract unsupported or encrypted archives first; ZIP/Office containers have expansion limits. A clean verdict reduces risk but is not a guarantee.

Local drafts can be incomplete. They are unencrypted JSON files stored on your device, not sent to NextGenIT. Keep them safe. Attachments are not included: select them again after importing. Importing starts a new draft and requires fresh consent before submission.

Saved drafts can be resumed in this browser for 30 days. Do not use a shared computer. Approval never deploys an application automatically.

Regulated decisions

AI must not autonomously make legal, financial, employment or medical decisions.

Secure activation
